• What is the difference between "Tee Time only" and "Tee Time and Transportation"?

  Tee Time and Transportation: Tee Time reservation and transportation service between hotels/airport and golf courses. Rides are shared with other passengers.
  Tee Time only: Tee Time reservation only, no transportation service included. Please arrive at the golf course approximately 30minutes before the reserved tee time. Upon check in at the Pro Shop, please provide the reservation name and tee time.

• Can we play at private golf courses?

  Reservations can be made only for the golf courses on the price list.

• Can we go for shopping or sightseeing after golf play?

  We can arrange by requests. Please make requests in advance.

• What if my flight is delayed the day of golf play?

  Please call Rakuten ABC Golf.

• Can I ride along but not play?

  Yes. There is a "rider fee" for non golfers. Please contact us for details.

• Can a single player make reservation?

  Some golf course accept reservation from one person. However in most cases, single player will be paired with other players.

• Can we play golf on the day of arrival?

  Yes, you can play golf the day of your arrival.
  Please request for airport pick up, provide flight information and arrival time upon reserving.
  Additional Airport pick up and drop off fee will be applied under 4pax.

• Can we play golf on the day of departure?

  Yes, you can play golf the day of your departure.
  Please request for airport drop off, provide flight information and departure time upon reserving.

• Can Rakuten ABC Golf Tour arrange our golf courses for us?

  Yes, in this case please let us know upon reserving.
  We will be happy to arrange golf courses of our choice, tournaments, tours, etc. for you and your guest(s).

• We are staying at different hotels. Can you make multiple pick up/drop offs?

  Yes, we will arrange to pick up players at each hotel. Please specify hotels names for all players.

• Can we rent golf clubs and shoes?

  Yes, please request on the reservation form.

• Can we shower after play?

  Golf courses may or may not have showers. Most times, players prefer not shower at the golf courses and just return to their hotels.

• How can we make reservations?

  Reservations can be made via Reservation Form or telephone.

• How can I confirm my reservation?

  Reservations made online will receive email confirmation.

• How do I pay fees?

  Please pay to our driver before play. You can pay either by cash or credit card.
  For customers without transportation service, our staff will arrange a payment method during your stay in Hawaii.

• Is there a cancellation fee?

  Cancellations made 48 hours (HST time) of play date will receive a 100% refund.
